Magnifying God with the Mind

Adult Education at Four Oaks Community Church

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Mt. 28: 18-20)

The leadership at Four Oaks affirms that a vital part of fulfilling the Great Commission is for the church to teach its people to observe all that Jesus Christ has commanded us. While this teaching component is incorporated into all aspects of church life (preaching; worship; fellowship groups; etc.); it is particularly through our adult education ministries that systematic teaching and instruction occurs.

We have Sunday morning classes to take advantage of, as well as men's, women's, and topical studies that meet throughout the course of the week. These classes are taught primarily by pastors, elders, and other lay leaders in the church. They are elective-based, time limited, and offered on a regular basis, which means that people have the option of systematically working their way through the classes and biblical topics over a period of time.

Please visit one of the pages here to find out what classes are currently being offered. If you are interested in attending one of these classes, please fill out the on-line information form and someone will contact you about your participation and to provide you more information as needed.
