In order to see this vision become a reality, we need God. We need Him to direct our plans and order our steps. We need Him to bless us with His provision. We need Him to increase our faith as we look to Him.
We believe God has an abundance of resources and provisions within our church, more than enough to do all we’ve imagined, and then exceedingly and abundantly more. We’re asking everyone who belongs to Four Oaks to prayerfully consider what it means to own this vision so that it might come to fruition through sacrificial giving that is embraced by our whole church community. We are asking our faith family for equal sacrifice, not equal gifts.
A biblical view of generosity and stewardship calls us to give to God’s work in proportion to what He has entrusted to us. But the Kept Campaign isn’t merely a fundraising initiative. It’s about God’s invitation to us, both as a church and as individuals to locate ourselves within the story He is writing in and through Four Oaks.
